MOTOROLA VIRTUAL CRICKET LEAGUE contest (“Contest”) is open for participation to all the pre-registered PEP partners of Motorola Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (“Motorola Solutions”) residing in India.
All pre-registered PEP partners of Motorola Solutions residing in India are encouraged to participate in the Contest for a chance to win exciting prizes.
The Contest shall open on 19th September 2020 17:00 hours (IST) and shall close on 10th November 2020 23:59 hours (IST). (“Contest Period”).
To avail a chance at winning the Contest, all pre-registered PEP partners of Motorola Solutions need to participate in the Contest within the Contest Period, through the Contest microsite, with WhatsApp number and login pin provided to them. Following the aforesaid procedure is necessary to participate in the Contest for a user to qualify as a ‘Participant’.
A Participant shall have a chance to make predictions once, regarding the outcome of each cricket match and business related questions to be counted during the tournament. This will be done on the play page when the Participant logs in. A correct prediction is equivalent to some points listed against the questions, while a wrong prediction is equivalent to 0 (zero) points.
Participants will be ranked weekly and overall on the basis of points accumulated for correct answers provided the tournament.
All winners shall be intimated via email or phone within 48hours from Saturday (2.00PM onwards).
Winners will be chosen on the basis of points scored in the quiz for each cricket match. For every cricket match week there will be top 5 winners every week and top 50 winners at the end of cricket season under this Contest. Motorola Solutions shall in no way be held liable/ obligated to answer any queries regarding a Participant’s entry to the Contest and/or regarding winning or losing the Contest, or regarding the process of selecting the winners. Motorola Solutions decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.
At the end of the Contest Period, the top-ranking Participant(s) will be contacted via call/e-mail with instructions on how to collect their prize(s). The prize(s) must be collected within the deadline given in the e-mail and/or communicated on the call.

By entering into the Contest and accepting these Terms & Conditions, the Participants acknowledge and consent to disclosing their contact details to Motorola Solutions’ gift logistics partner in order to be eligible to receive any prize under this Contest.
In case, a match gets cancelled, the questions for that match under the Contest would stand null and void. No winners would be announced for that match. In case the Duckworth Lewis Method is applied in a match, Motorola Solutions shall reserve the right to declare some of the predictions null and void.
In case of any ambiguity on rewards and winners, decision will be finalized at the discretion of Motorola Solutions. This decision shall be at the sole discretion of Motorola Solutions and shall be final and binding on the Participants of the Contest.
In the rare case of non-availability of rewards detailed in scheme description, reward with a similar value from comparable brand may be offered.
Income Tax liability for the Gift Tax would be with the recipient of the prize.
The prizes given shall be the their MRP/ ex-showroom costs only, and Motorola Solutions and/or the logistics partner shall not be responsible for any costs/ charges/ fees applicable or imposed upon the winner in order to use the prizes.
These terms and conditions shall constitute an agreement between Motorola Solutions and each individual Participant / winner of the Contest, and these terms shall be binding on the Participants and the winners.
Motorola Solutions shall at all times have the right to postpone, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest or any aspect thereof, across the entire territories of service or any part thereof, at any time before or during the Contest with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, acts of God, force majeure, technical difficulties, or any other reasons beyond Motorola Solutions’ reasonable control. If Motorola Solutions suspends or cancels the Contest in the interim, all aspects of the Contest shall be null and void. Motorola Solutions will not be liable to compensate any participant or winner for any postponement or cancellation or for any reason directly or indirectly arising out of this Contest.
Any dispute or claim (contractual or otherwise) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India. Any dispute between Motorola Solutions and the Participants shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi.
